The Power of the Breath with Sam Ellis

We will spend 90 minutes exploring a wide variation of breathwork techniques & the unique effects they can have on us. Expect practices of a calming & grounding nature, nervous system regulation, and other practices than can alter our conciousness. Throughout the session we will maintain a theme of deepening self awareness & observation, leaving some time at the end for questions, open discussion or to simply enjoy a few more minutes of rest
