You may of course just join us for a single session - but these must also be pre booked.
What type of yoga do we offer?
We stripped away all the genres and sub-genres and overlapping titles that can leave even those who have been practicing for decades confused (perhaps especially those people who have seen the yoga world create more and more pigeon holes) and we present to you practices rather simply entitled “yoga” or “unwind”.
We ask our facilitators to share their authentic practice - so you will be getting a real insight into the practices that are supporting them, rather than your practice being something that is “ordered off a menu”. Trust in them, come regularly to the same person and journey with them. You can see info on each of our guides through our booking system if you would like to know more on each person - we have tried to describe their practice in 5 words and given you info on their trainings and influences.

We have JUST the thing for you - a foundations of yoga course. 5 week course, 90 minutes each week, in which we give you a taste of various practices, from meditation to movement to full body relaxation, the opportunity to ask all those questions you may have as you are going along, the lowdown on what yoga is (and maybe smash some popular misconceptions too), and a room containing others in the same place on their yoga journey.
