The transition between seasons is often a difficult time for the body and mind. Using simple but deep breathwork techniques and qigong movements we will help the body to shift from the calm and internal energy of winter and the water element towards the rising energy of Spring and the wood element. Through the Qigong movements we aim to release any blockages in the energy channels of the body and move any stagnation out whilst drawing fresh Qi into the body to leave you feeling energised and balanced.
