We invite you to bring a small item, photo or some words, a poem perhaps, that reflects ‘mother’ for you, in this now.
Gather to share, choose to talk (totally optional), or simply listen, and honour this important, joyful, and down right messy role we play, in all its colours.
Unwind and release, moving in and around yoga shapes, with all the softness and strength your 'mother' role teaches you. Go slow if you need to, or take a big old shake out, and perhaps let that big exhale (or scream!) out and notice how it feels to connect to what YOU need.
There will be space to slow down, resting fully, held by restorative shapes, before exploring a loving kindness meditation to gently close our practice.
