This workshop brings Yin principles to Dynamic Yoga practice, exploring the body through the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Spring into the season with Acupressure techniques and Meridian Yoga to shift frustration, stagnation, and indecision.
This is the time of year to put plans into action and enliven your life, but most of us still feel stuck in a stagnant Winter slog, with no direction, confused and frustrated. Using principles of Yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine, we will learn how to apply Yin Yoga principles to Dynamic practice, exploring key blockages and areas of stagnation that arise at this time, and how to clear them through movement, stillness and Acupressure techniques.
