Seasonal Yin with Wen Yee Kok

Join Wen for a 90-min slow, nourishing late summer practice, embodying the element of earth, which is also associated to the spleen and stomach (according to the Traditional Chinese Medicine). The session includes gentle Qigong-inspired flow, grounding breathwork, self-tapping/massage technique, and yin poses into guided rest.
