Hun Runs: Live, Laugh, Lunge with Jo Bryan Smith

A 50/50 fitness class for all huns. A fun and energetic first half followed by a relaxing deep stretch wind down to leave you feeling hyped and zen. There's strength, cardio, some dancing, stretching, laughing and lunging. Hun Runs is a female fitness collective and running group that's open to anyone who identifies as women or non-binary. There's no running in this class.
