Week one : History of yoga, the eight limbs of yoga with Elena, Sally and Pip - the pathway that can lead to physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being and human flourishing.
Week two - foundational shapes with Sally - an introduction to asana - the physical practice. You
Week three - philosophy with Elena - an introduction to tantra yoga (no not the sexy stuff - classical non dual tantra) - everything is connected.
Week four - the quiet side with Pip - an physical exploration of yin yoga and restorative yoga and the difference between them
Week five - meditation with Pip - Finding your own practice - one that might even stick - Common myths, ways of working and pathways to stillness.
