What is EFT and what we will do...
Eft (emotional freedom technique) is a useful tool to help regulate the nervous system.
By tapping on meridian points, whilst talking through what you feel in your body and emotional state we start to process emotional blockages. Eft creates more space, helps us to change our negative thought patterns and lets energy flow back into the body.
We will come into a circle, ground into our bodies, then talk about the theme for the session, then we will tap on this. We found the session off with some centring practices and leave with tools for real life.
