Release (the practice with the balls!) with Pip Roberts
A myofascial release practice - we will work with balls to get deep into our bodies and allow them to ungrip, loosen and hydrate.
After a good roll about on the floor and the balls you feel like the creases have dropped out of you as well as full body rejuvenation.
our fluid origins with Elena Byers
“Inside each of us is an oceanic tidal rhythm that sustains us, a rhythm whose pulse animates our being. “- Tias Little
We begin our whole movement journey suspended in, and as, fluid. And 3/4 of the body are liquid, so to attune to these inner tides through our movement practice is to come into relationship with all that is ancient and present within us.
Come for a deeply soothing and natural movement practice, to re-invigorate this felt sense of inner flow. Movement to breathe life back in. Explore how, by remembering early movement patterns and tracing the natural spirals of our breath, blood and energy, we can uncover pathways of grace and flow and our capacity for expansive, easeful movement.
Informed by somatics, Non Dual philosophy and sound.
"If I buzz, will you let me in!?” with Hakeen Balogun
Feel into the indistinct announcements your body makes, and open the door to a deeper body awareness - bearing witness, to all that unfolds Here we romance the ‘lull’ between the sigh and the inhale. This offering is: part restorative movement practice - part Nidra Come cultivate a deeper not expansive dialogue with your self - Be removed from all expectations.
